Vegetarian Lasagne

A vegetarian sauce made with tomatoes, lentils, carrot, mushrooms, zucchini, asparagus and flavoured with oregano and garlic, layered amongst semolina pasta and a spinach, Parmesan and cottage cheese bechamel and topped with mozzarella.
