Chicken, black beans, roasted sweet corn, bell peppers and spinach wrapped in flour tortillas and covered in a green enchilada sauce made with tomatillos, grilled poblano and jalapeno peppers, cilantro and lime. Topped with Monterey cheese.
*Please note: due to the freezing process, the tortillas are softer than those of freshly prepared enchiladas. However this does not affect the incredible flavours and textures of the filling and sauce!

Serving Sizes
Half Pan - enough for one large portion or two small portions
Full Pan - enough for 2 large portions or 3-4 small portions
It is recommended if sharing a Half Pan to serve with side dishes as this would not be enough for two full meals.
