Mediterranean Braised Pork & Cabbage

Inspired by the flavours of Cyprus - pieces of tender pork and cabbage that have been slow braised for hours in a broth flavoured with cinnamon, allspice, harissa, carrot and lemon juice - then topped with fresh dill, parsley and black sesame seeds. Grab a fork, a knife, and a spoon! Best served with rice, potatoes or bread of choice (not included)
 
Some serving ideas:
With roasted baby potatoes seasoned with paprika, lemon and dill
With rice pilaf or couscous and a sprinkle of feta
Stuffed into warm flatbread with a dollop of tzatziki
Served as a stew with a crusty loaf of bread to sop up the flavourful juices
